Our fourth stop on the Disc Golf Pro Tour Community Connect brings up to Nettleton High School in Jonesboro, Arkansas!
The weather was nice enough for our first outdoor Community Connect of the year. We taught over 200 students the ins and outs of our sport and saw TONS of smiles, improvement, and joy from the kids! We even got some of the teachers and school staff putting and driving!
Coaches Zoe Andyke, Dustin Keegan Cynthia Ricciotti, Cole Redalen, Ella Hansen, and brand-new to the Uplay teaching scene, Luke Humphries, were on-site CRUSHING the teaching. We even got to work with members of the school's disc golf club for some advanced instruction!
We gave away hundreds of discs courtesy of UDisc to bring our total up to 1,175 disc given out to students!!
A big thank you to Discmania for donating starter sets and baskets to the school to continue to use for future generations of students!
